About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic Calling Executives to join our dynamic corporate event management team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients (businesses, HR, and marketing heads), explain our event services, and generate leads for conferences, product launches, and team-building activities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients for event inquiries. Explain event services (conferences, seminars, exhibitions) in simple, clear English. Maintain a database of leads in Excel (basic data entry & updates). Follow up with clients via calls to confirm participation. Coordinate with the sales team for event bookings. Requirements: ✔ Average English fluency (able to explain services confidently). ✔ Basic Excel skills (know basic keys). ✔ Keen to learn and comfortable with outbound calling. ✔ Positive attitude and good phone etiquette. ✔ 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
