Job Description- We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telesales / Telesupport Executive who can communicate effectively in *Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and Tamil*. The ideal candidate will handle outbound and inbound calls, provide information about our products/services, and ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities-

* Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.

* Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information.

* Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.

* Follow communication scripts and maintain a polite, professional tone at all times.

* Achieve daily/weekly call targets and conversion goals.

* Coordinate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer needs are met.

* Collect feedback and report recurring issues or suggestions to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications-

* Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any stream.

* Excellent verbal communication skills in *Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, and Tamil* (fluency in at least two languages required).

* Good listening skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

* Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.

* Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an added advantage.
