Job Description

We are hiring for telesales executive who previously worked in B2B industry . No salary Bar for the right candidate. Key responsibilities Initiated and conducted outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.  Achieved monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively using sales techniques.  Maintained and developed long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service.  Maintained accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and information in a CRM system.  Responded to customer inquiries, addressed concerns, and provided detailed information on products, pricing, and services.  Key skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, including professional phone etiquette.  Sales: Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and meet or exceed sales quotas. Experience with sales scripts and objection handling.  Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.  Technical: Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.  Personal: Results-oriented, self-motivated, resilient in the face of rejection, and able to multitask.
