Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is crucial in expanding our customer base and enhancing revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads to support the sales pipeline.
• Customer Engagement: Understand customer needs, provide product information, and address inquiries effectively.
• Sales Closure: Utilize persuasive communication to close sales and achieve targets.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and product teams.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to align sales strategies.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi;
• Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
