Job Description

Telesales Executive/Telesales Representative Job Description . We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our Cement company having operations in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh & Maharashtra. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Location : Hyderabad Key Responsibilities :  Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our products  The goal is to help the company grow by bringing new customers and developing business.  Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.  Generating Leads.  Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Requirement  Experience as a Telesales Representative or Customer Service Representative.  Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.  Familiar with CRM and MS Office programs.  Good customer service skills.  Excellent communication skills. Salary + Incentives : As per the industry standards. Fresher’s can apply.
