We are looking for a result-driven Motor Insurance Telecalling Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls related to motor insurance renewals and sales. The ideal candidate will engage with customers, share accurate quotations, explain policy benefits, and convert leads in a target-based sales environment.
Requirements:
> Strong communication in Hindi, Marathi & English> Sales-focused with good convincing skills> Comfortable with smartphones & basic computer use> Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently> Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
