We are seeking a proactive Telesales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads generated through platforms like IndiaMART, LMS, website, and social media. Your role will involve contacting customers who have shown interest in our products, explaining solutions, following up professionally, and closing the sale. No cold calling — only genuine enquiries to be handles Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to product enquiries received via IndiaMART, social media, LMS, website, or WhatsApp. Call and follow up with interested customers to understand their requirements. Provide detailed product information, share brochures, pricing, and quotations. Update lead status in CRM or LMS and maintain accurate call records. Coordinate with the sales or technical team for further support if needed. Use WhatsApp, email, and follow-up calls to stay in touch with prospects. Share offers, case studies, or videos to improve conversion chances. Convert leads into orders through consistent engagement and communication.
