Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Telesales Representative: Generating Leads: Contacting potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.  Sales and Closing: Closing sales deals over the phone, persuading customers to purchase, upsell, and cross-sell.  Customer Service: Answering questions, resolving inquiries, and providing product/service information.  Relationship Building: Maintaining positive customer relationships and gathering feedback.  Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions.  Meeting Sales Quotas: Achieving individual or team sales goals.  Product Knowledge: Understanding the company's products/services to effectively communicate with customers.  Utilizing Sales Scripts: Using provided scripts as a guide for phone conversations.  Handling Complaints: Addressing customer complaints and finding solutions.  Updating Customer Information: Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system.
