Telesales Executive

A Telesales Executive sells products/services over the phone, focusing on generating leads, persuading customers, and closing sales while meeting targets. Key duties include making outbound calls, understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, handling objections, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-ups and support. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive revenue in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers, identify needs, and sell/upsell products/services.
• Customer Engagement: Handle inbound inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Record Keeping: Accurately log all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of products/services to provide effective recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work with the sales team to refine strategies and share market feedback.
