Job Description:

As a TeleSales Executive, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services and expanding our customer base. You will learn valuable sales and communication skills while working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs, address their questions, and provide product information effectively.
  • Identify and generate sales leads through cold calling, market research, and other lead-generation methods.
  • Work closely with the sales team to nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead details in our CRM system.
  • Assist in creating sales materials and presentations.
  • Learn and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.
  • Receive training and coaching from experienced sales professionals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recently graduated.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training will be provided).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Positive and goal-oriented mindset.
