Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Representative Job Summary: We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, and closing sales deals over the phone. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our products/services and generate interest. 2. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. 3. Build rapport with customers, address their concerns, and handle objections. 4. Meet or exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales calls, and sales performance. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in telesales or sales. 2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. 4. Strong product knowledge or ability to learn quickly. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
