Job Responsibility
Lead Generation and Sales:Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services, explain their benefits, and ultimately close sales.
Handling inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support.
Collecting customer data, feedback, and preferences to personalize interactions and tailor sales pitches.
Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales data.
Contacting leads and existing customers to nurture relationships, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
Achieving sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
