Key Roles

1. Customer Engagement: Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions.

2. Sales Generation: Identifying sales opportunities, pitching products or services, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

3. Product Knowledge: Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products or services to effectively communicate with customers.

4. Lead Generation: Generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling, referrals, or online inquiries.

5. Sales Pitching: Delivering persuasive sales pitches to customers, highlighting the benefits and value of products or services.

6. Objection Handling: Addressing customer objections and concerns, providing solutions and alternatives to overcome barriers to sales.

7. Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.
