Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries effectively. Present and promote BlueJay Interior’s trendy interior products with confidence and clarity. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Maintain customer data and update call records in CRM. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead generation and follow-ups. What We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive / Customer Sales Executive (interior, real estate, or retail sector preferred). Strong communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and Odia. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a target-based role.
