We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our admissions and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, following up with potential students, providing detailed information about our Bartending and Barista courses, and encouraging them to visit the institute for enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries regarding bartending and barista training programs. Make outbound calls to potential leads and maintain regular follow-ups. Explain course details, fee structure, and career opportunities to interested candidates. Maintain and update the student inquiry database regularly. Persuade and guide potential students to visit the campus for counseling and enrollment. Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team to meet monthly walk-in and enrollment targets. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive brand image. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and persuasive phone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office or CRM software. Prior experience in telecalling, counseling, or sales will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
