Job Title

• Telesales Executive - Education

Responsibilities

• Outreach and Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential students to introduce educational programs and services, and handle incoming calls from interested prospects.
• Sales and Counseling: Counsel students on the best academic programs and admission processes based on their career goals to achieve successful enrollment.
• Lead Management: Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into students to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes in a CRM system.
• Information and Support: Provide detailed information about courses, admission requirements, and fees. Answer questions and resolve any concerns or objections from potential students.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and provide feedback on market trends.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, admission policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field is often preferred.
• Proven experience in telesales or academic counseling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with prospective students.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and remain patient and polite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
