Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers with strong communication skills, eager to launch their career in the finance and loan sector. The role involves engaging potential customers via phone calls to promote personal loan products, generate interest, and assist applicants throughout the loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively call potential leads to pitch personal loan offerings
• Clearly explain loan benefits, interest rates, and eligibility criteria
• Encourage customers to check their interest and guide them on the next steps
• Handle objections and resolve basic queries with professionalism
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM tools daily
• Follow up with leads and assist in loan documentation when needed

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic knowledge of mobile apps and websites
• Ability to explain financial products in a simple, clear manner
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
