Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team and focus on selling products/services to customers in the US market . The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, outbound calling environment. Office Timing (4:30PM to 1:30AM) Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing US-based customers to promote products/services. Identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and close sales. Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing. Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects. Update CRM systems with call details, sales progress, and customer interactions. Handle customer objections, questions, and concerns professionally and effectively. Collaborate with the sales team and provide feedback to improve strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards. Requirements: Proven telesales or outbound sales experience, preferably targeting the US market. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Comfortable working night shifts. Experience with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B or B2C telesales for US clients. Familiarity with time zone differences and cultural nuances in the US market. Prior experience in sectors like IT, software, insurance, or finance is a plus.
