Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively. Answer customer queries and resolve objections. Maintain a database of customer information and call records. Follow up on leads and conduct market research as needed. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Key Requirements Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role (preferred but not mandatory). Excellent communication skills in [mention languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages]. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.). High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
