Telesales Executive – Job RoleA Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, convert sales, and maintain customer relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound/inbound calls to customers. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Convert leads into sales and meet daily/weekly targets. Maintain and update customer information in CRM. Follow up on pending inquiries and leads. Handle customer questions and provide basic support. Maintain a positive and professional tone on every call. Report daily calls, leads, and conversions to the team lead. Requirements / QualificationsMinimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred). Basic computer knowledge. Experience in telesales or tele-calling is an advantage. Ability to learn product details quickly. Comfortable in making multiple calls daily. Skills NeededGood communication and convincing skills. Active listening and problem-solving ability. Customer-friendly attitude. Confidence and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated. Time management and teamwork skills.
