Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, pitching products or services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services.
• Follow up on leads generated via campaigns or online platforms.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable offerings.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate call logs and follow-ups.
• Handle objections and convert queries into confirmed sales/admissions.
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall sales goals.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and behavior.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is a plus.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred Skills:

• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Fast learner and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with EdTech or similar industry is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift
