We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, responsible for generating leads, following up, and setting appointments for property site visits.
Make outbound calls to potential clients. Manage and follow up on leads effectively. Schedule meetings with clients. Explain the product details clearly and confidently. Maintain proper communication and coordination with clients. Update daily call and follow-up reports.
Role & responsibilities As a Client Telecalling Executive, your responsibility will be to connect with potential clients over the phone, introduce our product or services, explain their benefits clearly, and convince the client to schedule a meeting or product demo with our team. Preferred candidate profile Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients. Present the companys product/service in a clear, professional, and persuasive manner. Understand client needs and highlight how our product can solve their problems or add value. Handle objections smartly and resolve client queries. Schedule in-person/online meetings for the sales team or senior executives. Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and appointments scheduled.
