Job Description

We are hiring Telesales Associates to generate leads and convert them into sales through daily outbound calls. Candidates will be provided with data and are expected to pitch the product, qualify the customer, and complete the application process over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database Explain features, benefits, and offers clearly Ask basic qualifying questions and identify interested customers Convert leads into successful applications Maintain daily call and sales targets Follow up with interested customers for documentation or final conversion Requirements: Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English Confident, convincing, and result-oriented approach Basic knowledge of banking services and telecalling (training will be provided) Must have a smartphone Target-driven and willing to achieve daily sales numbers What We Offer: Fixed salary + High sales incentives Training & support Daily/weekly/monthly rewards for top performers Opportunity to grow in the sales career
