About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Make outbound calls to prospective leads and pitch suitable insurance products 2. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate insurance plans 3. Maintain high levels of product knowledge to effectively address customer queries 4. Follow up with interested customers and ensure conversion 5. Meet sales targets and adhere to compliance guidelines Requirements: 1. Demonstrate excellent communication in English and Hindi without MTI or RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors 2. Show strong persuasion and interpersonal skills 3. Exhibit sales acumen and a customer-focused mindset 4. Handle rejection and stay motivated 5. Hold a graduate degree from any field (mandatory) 6. Be open to both freshers and experienced candidates 7. Prefer prior experience in insurance or telesales Work Schedule: 1. Work in rotational shifts 2. Female employees: Day shift (up to 8 PM) 3. Male employees: Rotational shift 4.
