Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services.
Explain products and services clearly and effectively to clients.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred).
Strong listening and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Qualifications

Graduate in any stream.
1 year Experience (Mandatory).
Prior tele sales or tele calling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
