We are looking for a Sales person to contribute to the achievement of sales targets and coordinating sales activities and maintaining good relationships. The sales person responsibilities include supporting sales ,ensuring order satisfaction and promoting customer satisfaction.
1.Contacting customers from the database for their requirements
2.Handling urgent calls/emails ,answering customer queries, informing them about delays and arranging delivery dates.
3.Handling orders by phone, emails and checking that they have the correct price, quantity and product numbers
4.Generating leads and contacting new clients and informing them about the products and making products and services look attractive to potential customers
5.Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales ,delivery and queries are handled efficiently.
6.Ensuring orders are processed as per customer requirement and delivered on time.
7.Maintaining sales records, prepare reports and provide financial information to finance department.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
