Telesales Executive

You are invited to join our Digital Marketing Company as a telecaller executive. We are looking for a dedicated female professional who is passionate about customer relationships. As a telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers and ensure strong rapport building. Your role requires punctuality and a high level of dedication towards your work. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position. You should be persuasive and confident, capable of handling objections effectively. Moreover, possessing strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of Digital Marketing services such as SEO, PPC, and social media marketing will be advantageous. Your growth strategy should focus on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The preferred educational qualification is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and prior experience in telemarketing for at least 1 year is preferred. Proficiency in Hindi and English languages is also preferred. The work location is in Yamunanagar, Haryana, and the preferred shift availability is during the day.
