About Caslay:Caslay is a growing brand committed to delivering quality and excellence in [brief about your industry – e.g., retail, fashion, e-commerce]. We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team and help us connect with potential customers while delivering a strong customer experience. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries promptly. Provide detailed information about Caslay's offerings and help customers make informed decisions. Maintain records of calls and customer feedback using CRM tools. Follow up with leads to ensure successful conversions. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team. Handle customer concerns with professionalism and escalate if needed. Required Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [other regional languages, if applicable]. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Confident and friendly telephone manner. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage. Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)Perks: Friendly work environment, Career growth opportunities
