SALES EXECUTIVE - RESPOND TO CUSTOMER ENQUIRY AND CLOSE THE ORDER (FROM ENQUIRY - ORDER CONFIRMATION TO PAYMENT -TO DISPATCH) Job Summary: We are looking for a persuasive and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a telesales executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, and closing sales over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads Explain products or services and their benefits to potential customers Answer questions about products or the company Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools or spreadsheets Follow up with prospects who have been contacted in the past Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets Handle customer objections and work toward converting them Work closely with team leads or sales managers for strategy alignment Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in [Insert Languages – e.g., English, Hindi, regional languages] Strong convincing and negotiation abilities Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient under pressure Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus
