Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female) Location: Noida, Sector 62 Industry: Real Estate Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales or Real Estate Work From Office --- Job Summary: We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Female Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Noida Sector 62. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and converting prospects into potential buyers through effective communication and persuasive sales techniques. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company’s real estate projects. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals. Maintain and update client databases with accurate and detailed information. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings. Provide detailed information about property projects, amenities, and pricing to clients. Follow up on inquiries and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets. Handle objections professionally and close deals through effective communication. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related field). Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality. Good command over English and Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
