By showcasing tailored property solutions, you’ll guide prospects through the buying process, ensuring a seamless transition to purchase. Your focus on relationship building and collaboration with the sales team will help in delivering exceptional service and value to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities: Contact potential clients to understand their property requirements and preferences. Pitch suitable residential or commercial properties based on client needs. Coordinate and schedule face-to-face meetings and site visits. Provide detailed project information and address client queries effectively. Follow up with leads to build relationships and convert prospects into active buyers. Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of one year of demonstrated experience as a telesales or telecalling executive in the real estate sector. Outstanding communication and convincing skills. Proficient in English, Hindi and Marathi.
