About the Role:

Telesales Executives


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
  • Clearly explain the features and benefits of the Arbique platform
  • Handle user queries with professionalism and build trust
  • Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions
  • Onboard and guide new users through the product setup
  • Maintain records of all interactions and feedback


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, tele-calling, or customer onboarding (SaaS preferred)
  • Fluent in both

    Hindi and English

    (spoken and written)
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills
  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them simply
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment


Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, crypto, or tech-driven platforms
  • Familiarity with CRMs or sales tools
  • Passion for educating users about digital platforms
