Telesales Executive

• Making outbound calls:Telesales Executives initiate sales calls to potential customers, often using provided leads.
• Handling inbound inquiries:They also respond to incoming calls from potential customers, addressing questions and providing information.
• Identifying customer needs:A key aspect of the role is understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products or services.
• Presenting products/services:They effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
• Achieving sales targets:Telesales Executives work to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Maintaining customer relationships:They build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Following up on leads:They actively follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
• Providing customer support:They handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer support after the sale.
• Maintaining accurate records:Telesales Executives document all customer interactions and sales activities, often using a CRM system.
• Providing feedback:They offer feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.
• Upselling and cross-selling:They identify opportunities to offer additional or upgraded products or services to existing customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
