ob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Personal Loan Sales Executive to acquire new customers and drive disbursement of unsecured personal loans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-first approach. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential customers and pitch personal loan products. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate loan options. Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital outreach, and references. Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, documentation, and repayment schedules. Assist customers in completing application forms and documentation. Coordinate with backend teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal. Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursal and customer acquisition. Maintain client relationships and build a network for repeat business. Report daily sales performance to the Team Leader/Manager.
