Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
• Explain our services clearly and professionally to clients.
• Maintain customer records and update daily call reports.
• Follow up with interested leads and support the sales/marketing team.
• Provide excellent customer interaction to build trust and brand value.

Requirements:

• Good verbal communication skills in Tamil (English or Hindi is a plus).
• Basic understanding of telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to handle calls confidently and politely.
• Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection (for WFH option).
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a marketing environment.
