Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our Loan Sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their financial needs, and assisting them in applying for personal, business, or home loans through our partner banks and NBFCs. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database. Explain loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, etc.) and eligibility criteria clearly. Generate interest and collect required customer details for loan processing. Follow up on leads, documents, and application status regularly. Coordinate with internal teams (verification, documentation, and operations) to ensure smooth processing. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales and call targets. Provide excellent customer experience and handle objections effectively. Keep up-to-date with financial products, interest rates, and policies of partner banks. Key Skills RequiredExcellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi and basic English). Good telephone etiquette and listening skills. Target-oriented with a positive attitude and persistence. Basic computer knowledge (CRM entry, Excel, etc.). Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. Qualification & ExperienceMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 0–2 years of experience in Tele-Sales / Call Center / Financial Product Sales. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome. Work Type & ScheduleFull-time, Office-based (Telecalling setup).
