OCL Services is a fast-growing logistics and courier company based in Guwahati. We specialize in reliable and on-time delivery services across Assam and beyond. We’re expanding our telesales team to reach more businesses and customers.

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Telesales Executive who is confident, persuasive, and committed to achieving results. You’ll connect with potential customers over phone calls, explain our services, and help convert leads into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Clearly explain OCL Services .
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain customer records.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Keep detailed records of calls, feedback, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduate preferred).
• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service preferred (freshers with good communication can apply).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi, Bengali and Assamese (English is a plus).
• Confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools, etc.).
• Must be comfortable working from the office.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday
• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Location: Rehabari, Guwahati
