Looking for *2 experienced telesales professionals* from any industry who possess excellent communication skills and are open to transitioning into a Telesales/Inside Sales
Details:
Experience: 2 to 4 years
*Maximum CTC: Up to ₹42,000 per month*
Open Positions: 3
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 3rd Saturday off)
Timings: 10 AM – 7 PM or 11 AM – 8 PM
We are seeking motivated Telesales/Inside Sales Executives with prior telesales experience from any industry. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and an eagerness to grow their career in sales for HR services.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and connect with prospective clients through outbound calls to understand and promote HR service offerings .
Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads for HR solutions .
Present, promote, and explain about our Services to potential customers in a clear and persuasive manner .
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects and manage the entire sales conversion cycle .
Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and sales closures as set by the team lead .
Accurately document all interactions and sales activity within the CRM
