Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Executive, located in Coimbatore. The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively promoting company products or services. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, meeting sales targets, and contributing to customer satisfaction and company growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales processes
• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on achieving goals
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role or industry
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with telemarketing tools or CRM software
• Preferred: Knowledge of AI products or technology-driven solutions
