CAR LOAN TELECALLER – ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

⭐ 1. Lead Calling & Qualification

• Call customers who have shown interest in car loans (online inquiries, dealer leads, referrals).
• Verify customer intent and eligibility.
• Ask qualifying questions: income, employment, vehicle preference, loan amount, down payment capacity, etc.
• Categorize leads (hot, warm, cold).

⭐ 2. Explaining Car Loan Products

• Explain loan types: new car, used car, refinance, top-up.
• Share details on:
• Interest rates
• Tenure
• EMI calculation
• Processing fees
• Eligibility criteria
• Provide comparisons and help customers choose the right loan.

⭐ 3. Document Collection & Verification Support

• Inform customers about required documents:
• Identity & address proof
• Income documents
• Bank statements
• Vehicle details
• Guide customers in uploading or sending documents.
• Check if documents are complete and escalate incomplete files to the verification team.

⭐ 4. Follow-ups & Conversion

• Maintain consistent follow-up with customers until approval.
• Remind customers about pending documents.
• Convert leads into submitted loan applications.
• Update status in CRM after every call.
