Telemarketing Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Leads:

    Reach out to potential customers via outbound calls, introducing Mahindra Holidays offerings, and generating interest in our holiday packages.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing relevant information to convert leads into bookings.
  • Product Knowledge:

    Develop a deep understanding of our holiday packages, offerings, and membership benefits to effectively present them to potential customers.
  • Sales Targets:

    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through successful calls and conversions.
  • Data Management:

    Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
  • Customer Feedback:

    Gather feedback from prospective clients to improve services, marketing strategies, and products.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth handover of leads and improve sales processes.
  • Continuous Learning:

    Stay updated with the latest holiday offerings, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customer needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred, but not required.
  • Communication Skills:

    Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and persuade customers effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented:

    Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy:
