Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales:Initiate and follow up on sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Customer Interaction:Engage with potential customers via phone calls, building rapport and addressing their needs and concerns.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
CRM Management:Utilize and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track interactions, manage leads, and generate reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales, including lead generation, closing deals, and handling objections.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and address customer needs.
