Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to inform them about our products/services, answer questions, and close sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain the company's products and services. Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information. Follow up with interested prospects. Handle customer queries and resolve issues when required. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward clients. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (preferred). Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional Language as needed]. Confident and persuasive telephone manner. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, etc.).
