Telemarketing Executive

Job Description:
As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our offerings, and generating interest that leads to sales or appointments. You will work from a provided list of leads, following scripts and sales techniques to achieve set targets while maintaining a friendly, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lead lists
• Introduce and promote products or services clearly and persuasively
• Build rapport and handle objections professionally
• Record customer information accurately in the system
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/appointment targets
• Follow company scripts and comply with all policies and regulations

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
• Basic computer skills (CRM experience a plus)
• Previous telemarketing or sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred, not required)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, confident speaking voice
• Ability to actively listen and engage customers in conversation
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, CRM systems)
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Resilience to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
• Flexible availability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
