Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Telemarketer to join our growing team. Your primary role will be to serve as the initial point of contact for prospective insurance clients, qualifying their needs and setting high-quality appointments for our licensed agents. Your success directly contributes to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telemarketing & Lead Generation

  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound calls daily to introduce and promote our suite of insurance products to prospective clients from provided lists.
  • Expert Communication: Utilize superior verbal communication and active listening skills to build immediate rapport, explain policy benefits clearly, and persuasively guide conversations toward next steps.
  • Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to accurately assess the prospect's current insurance situation, determine their needs, and qualify them as a high-potential lead for a sales agent.
  • Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule and confirm high-quality, pre-qualified appointments on the sales calendar for licensed agents to conduct consultations.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, lead statuses, and appointment details in the CRM system.
  • Meet Targets: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for call volume, lead quality, and appointments booked.

2. Field Work & Administrative Support (As Needed)

  • Local Field Visits: Conduct occasional, necessary local travel to client or prospect locations (within a specified radius) to provide non-selling support.
  • Document Handling: Collect and/or deliver essential documents, forms, and signatures required to finalize initial paperwork or application processes.
  • Marketing Support: Represent the firm professionally at local networking events, trade shows, or community outreach programs to assist in lead generation efforts.
  • Supply Management: Transport and set up marketing materials, brochures, and presentation supplies for agents' meetings or events.

Required Qualifications

  • Any degree or diploma
  • Exceptional verbal communication is MUST.
  • A valid, non-probationary state-issued driver's license is mandatory.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling rejection with persistence and a positive attitude.
