vividhut. is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in generating leads and driving sales by contacting potential customers and effectively communicating the value of our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Identify and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
• Build rapport and effectively communicate product/service benefits.
• Handle customer objections and negotiate deals.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 0-1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Strong listening and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant CRM software.
