Overview We are seeking a skilled Telemarketing/ Tele caller Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate for sales, and a strong ability to engage with potential customers over the phone. In this role, you will be responsible for calling prospective clients, promoting our products/services, and generating sales leads. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for holiday packages. Explain travel services, itineraries, and package details clearly and confidently. Handle customer queries related to bookings, travel arrangements, and offers. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions. Requirements: Minimum education qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary). Strong verbal communication and telecalling skills. Prior experience in telemarketing or travel sales is preferred but not mandatory. Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
