Engage in technical sales discussions to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers through effective communication. Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business development opportunities. Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred. Strong technical sales skills with a solid understanding of software products and technology solutions. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients. Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining a positive customer experience. Experience in business development or customer service is a plus.
