We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential customers through warm calling, promoting our products and services, and driving business development efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology sales, and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
• Engage in technical sales discussions to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers through effective communication.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Strong technical sales skills with a solid understanding of software products and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Experience in business development or customer service is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
