Telemarketer (English & Tamil) – Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telemarketer with fluency in English and Tamil to join our team. The ideal candidate will engage with customers over phone calls, explain services clearly, and generate qualified leads while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in Tamil and English
• Explain products/services in a clear, engaging, and convincing manner
• Build rapport with clients and answer queries effectively
• Generate leads, fix appointments, and update follow-up details in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, leads, and conversions
• Share customer insights and feedback with the sales/marketing team

Requirements:

• Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken) – mandatory
• Prior experience in telemarketing / telesales is an added advantage
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented attitude
• Ability to handle rejections positively and stay motivated
• Basic computer knowledge for call records and reporting
