Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective clients (B2C) to inform them about upcoming exhibitions and trade fairs.
  • Pitch stall booking options, space availability, and pricing effectively.
  • Follow up with warm leads and inquiries to close sales.
  • Maintain and update client database and call logs accurately.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management and follow-ups.
  • Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate (any stream).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in

    English and Hindi

    (additional regional languages a plus).
  • Confidence in handling outbound B2C calls.
  • Prior experience in

    telecalling, exhibitions, event sales, or BPO

    is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Excel, Email handling).
